Maketember 2026 Gleam and Livestream Giveaways

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE ODDS OF WINNING.

Important: The Maketember 2026 promotion includes two separate random-drawing sweepstakes: the Gleam Sweepstakes and the Livestream Sweepstakes. Entry in one does not automatically enter a person in the other. A person may enter and win in both, subject to these Official Rules.

1. Sponsor, Host, and Prize Providers

The Sponsor and administrator of the Maketember 2026 Gleam and Livestream Giveaways is CNC Files LLC (the “Sponsor”). Questions concerning the promotion or these Official Rules may be sent to the Sponsor — email the Sponsor.

Hamilton Dilbeck is the livestream host and an authorized representative of CNC Files LLC (the “Host”). The companies identified beside the prizes below are the “Prize Providers.” Each Prize Provider is responsible for fulfilling and delivering its own prize in accordance with these Official Rules. The Sponsor administers the entry and random-selection process but does not manufacture, warrant, or service prizes supplied by a Prize Provider.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Gleam Sweepstakes

The Gleam Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of North America who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. For purposes of these Official Rules, North America includes the countries and territories geographically located in North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. Eligibility is subject to all applicable laws, export controls, sanctions, and prize-delivery restrictions. The Sweepstakes is void in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited or restricted by law.

2.2 Livestream Sweepstakes

The Livestream Sweepstakes is open worldwide to legal residents who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry, except where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Eligibility for an individual prize is also subject to the geographic restriction shown for that prize and to all applicable export controls, sanctions, customs rules, and delivery limitations.

2.3 Excluded Individuals

The following are not eligible: employees of the Sponsor; the Host and members of the Host's household; employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of any Prize Provider; immediate family members of any of the foregoing; and anyone residing in the same household as any of the foregoing. “Immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, sibling, stepsibling, grandparent, and grandchild, regardless of where that person lives.

Entrants must be legally able to receive the applicable prize in their place of residence. The Sponsor may require reasonable proof of age, identity, residence, ownership of the entering account, and other eligibility information before confirming a winner.

To the extent required by Canadian law, a potential winner who resides in Canada must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor before being confirmed as a winner.

3. Agreement to the Official Rules

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law. Each entrant represents and warrants that all information supplied in connection with entry, winner verification, and prize fulfillment is complete and accurate.

4. Gleam Sweepstakes Entry Period and Entry Methods

The Gleam Sweepstakes begins September 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends September 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Gleam Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Gleam Entry Period are not eligible.

An entrant may complete any available free entry action. A newsletter subscription is not required to use the other available entry methods. Entries are subject to Gleam's verification and fraud-prevention controls. Automated entries, bots, scripts, fabricated referrals, multiple identities, multiple accounts used to evade limits, or other attempts to manipulate the entry process are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

5. Gleam Prizes

Five (5) separate Gleam prizes will be awarded, one prize per confirmed Gleam winner. Approximate retail values (“ARVs”) are stated in U.S. dollars.

The total ARV of the Gleam prize pool is $5,058.93. Actual retail values may vary. The five Gleam prizes will be assigned randomly to the five selected potential winners. A Gleam entrant is not guaranteed any particular prize.

6. Gleam Winner Selection and Notification

Five potential Gleam winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible Gleam entries received, using Gleam's random-selection functionality under the Sponsor's supervision. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of valid entries held by each entrant.

The potential winners and their randomly assigned prizes will be revealed during the September 30, 2026 livestream beginning at 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time. A Gleam winner does not need to watch the livestream to win. The Sponsor will contact each potential winner using the information provided through Gleam within thirty (30) days after the livestream.

A potential Gleam winner must respond, complete any requested verification, and redeem the prize within thirty (30) days after notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing.

7. Livestream Sweepstakes Entry Period and Entry Method

The Livestream Sweepstakes will occur on Hamilton Dilbeck's YouTube channel on September 30, 2026, beginning at 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time. The livestream is available at Maketember livestream on YouTube.

Livestream entry begins when the Host announces that the first entry window is open and ends immediately before the final prize drawing during the same broadcast (the “Livestream Entry Period”). The Host may open a separate entry window for each prize and will announce when each entry window opens and closes.

To enter a drawing, an eligible viewer must post the keyword, hashtag, phrase, or other qualifying chat message announced by the Host during the applicable entry window. The required message will not be disclosed before the livestream. One qualifying message from a YouTube account equals one entry in that drawing. Duplicate qualifying messages from the same account do not provide additional entries. Entries must comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines.

An entrant may enter each livestream drawing for which the entrant and the entrant's location are eligible. One person may win more than one livestream prize. The StreamYard setting that excludes previous winners will not be used. A prior win does not prevent the winning account from participating in a later drawing.

8. Livestream Prizes

Ten (10) livestream prizes are expected to be offered. ARVs are stated in U.S. dollars. Eligibility for each prize is subject to the geographic restriction shown below.

The total ARV of the livestream prize pool is $3,735.49. Prizes may be drawn in any order announced by the Host. An entrant is eligible only for a prize that can legally and practically be fulfilled in the entrant's location.

9. Livestream Winner Selection and Live Response

For each livestream drawing, StreamYard's randomized giveaway tool will select one potential winner from the YouTube accounts that posted a qualifying message during the applicable entry window. The odds of winning a particular drawing depend on the number of eligible YouTube accounts that submit a qualifying message for that drawing.

A selected potential winner must be present in the livestream and respond promptly in the live chat from the same YouTube account when announced by the Host. No fixed countdown timer will be displayed. The Host will make a reasonable effort to allow the selected entrant to respond during the live announcement segment, generally for approximately thirty (30) seconds to three (3) minutes depending on the broadcast flow.

The potential winner must then email the Sponsor and complete any account, age, residence, and eligibility verification requested by the Sponsor. The Sponsor may require the entrant to post a one-time verification phrase from the selected YouTube account or provide the account's channel URL. The potential winner must complete prize redemption within thirty (30) days after the drawing.

If a selected entrant does not respond during the livestream, cannot verify ownership of the selected account, is ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the selection and related prize are void. No alternate livestream winner will be selected. If a prize cannot legally or practically be delivered to the selected winner, that prize is void and will not be awarded.

10. Prize Fulfillment and Conditions

Each confirmed winner must provide the applicable Prize Provider with the information reasonably necessary to fulfill the prize. Prize Providers will initiate fulfillment within thirty (30) days after a winner completes verification and redemption requirements. Delivery timing may depend on product availability, carriers, customs processing, digital-account setup, and other matters outside the Sponsor's control.

Unless a prize description states otherwise, prizes must be redeemed within thirty (30) days after winner notification or selection. The RapidChange ATC coupon expires one year after issuance. All prizes are nontransferable and may not be sold, assigned, exchanged for cash, or substituted by a winner. The Sponsor or Prize Provider may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, where permitted by law.

Prize Providers will pay standard shipping charges for physical prizes. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or governmental charges. Prize Providers are responsible for any reporting or documentation legally required in connection with their prizes.

Digital courses, memberships, software, credits, gift cards, and coupons are subject to the issuing Prize Provider's account, license, redemption, expiration, and acceptable-use terms. Winners are responsible for confirming that physical products, accessories, software, and courses are compatible with their equipment, location, and intended use.

All prizes are awarded “as is” and without any warranty from the Sponsor. Any manufacturer or provider warranty is offered solely by the applicable Prize Provider or manufacturer under its own terms.

Each prize is supplied, warranted, and fulfilled solely by the Prize Provider identified with that prize. Neither CNC Files LLC nor Hamilton Dilbeck manufactures, supplies, insures, or delivers any Prize Provider's prize, and neither acts as a guarantor or surety of any Prize Provider's performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor and the Host are not liable for a Prize Provider's failure, delay, or refusal to award, deliver, honor, or fulfill a prize in whole or in part, or for a prize that proves defective, unavailable, discontinued, devalued, expired, revoked, or otherwise nonconforming, including where the failure arises from the Prize Provider's insolvency, business closure, change in ownership, change in terms, or withdrawal from the promotion. A winner's sole and exclusive recourse with respect to an unfulfilled or nonconforming prize is against the applicable Prize Provider. If a Prize Provider does not fulfill its prize, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion and where permitted by law, substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, award no prize, or select an alternate winner, and no cash equivalent or other compensation will be owed by the Sponsor or the Host.

11. False Information, Ineligibility, and Disqualification

An entrant who misrepresents age, location, identity, account ownership, household or employment relationship, shipping eligibility, or any other eligibility fact may be disqualified at any time. If a misrepresentation is discovered after selection, the selection and prize are void, and the entrant must return any prize already delivered to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant is responsible for losses, costs, claims, or expenses caused by the entrant's intentional misrepresentation, fraudulent entry, violation of these Official Rules, or unlawful conduct. The Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, manipulated, abusive, or inconsistent with the integrity of the promotion.

12. Privacy Notice

For the Gleam Sweepstakes, the Sponsor and Gleam may collect an entrant's first and last name, email address, date of birth, entry actions, referral activity, and technical or fraud-prevention information. For the Livestream Sweepstakes, the Sponsor, YouTube, and StreamYard may process an entrant's public YouTube account name, profile image, chat message, and related platform information. Confirmed winners may be asked for contact, shipping, account, age, residence, and eligibility information.

Information will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, select and announce potential winners, communicate with winners, prevent fraud, maintain promotion records, and fulfill prizes. Entrant information will be shared with a Prize Provider only when the entrant wins that Provider's prize and only as reasonably necessary for verification, legal compliance, and fulfillment.

An entrant's email address will be added to the CNC Files marketing list only if the entrant affirmatively completes the newsletter-subscription action. Marketing consent is not required to use the promotion's other available entry methods. Entry records will be stored by Gleam in accordance with its platform practices, and the Sponsor may retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for administration, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

13. Releases and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, Host, Prize Providers, Gleam, StreamYard, YouTube, Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from claims or liability arising from entry, participation, winner selection, announcement, acceptance, possession, shipping, delivery, nondelivery, nonfulfillment, use, misuse, inability to use, or loss of a prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.

Released parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, duplicated, or unverified entries; platform outages; chat delays; moderation or filtering; display-name duplication; internet, software, hardware, carrier, or transmission failures; StreamYard or Gleam errors; inaccurate information supplied by an entrant; unauthorized intervention; or events beyond their reasonable control.

YouTube is not a sponsor of, and does not endorse, administer, or have any association with, either Sweepstakes. Each entrant releases YouTube from any liability related to the promotion. The promotion is also not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Gleam, StreamYard, Facebook, or any other social platform used to promote or administer it.

14. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize authorizes the Sponsor, Host, and applicable Prize Provider to use the winner's name, public account name, profile image, voice, likeness, city and region of residence, prize information, and statements about the promotion for promotion, publicity, and winner-announcement purposes without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

15. General Conditions

The Sponsor may suspend, cancel, terminate, or modify a Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, platform malfunction, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, legal restriction, or another cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromises its administration, security, fairness, or integrity. If practicable and lawful, the Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the affected event.

The Sponsor may interpret these Official Rules, resolve ambiguities, verify entries, and make decisions necessary to preserve the promotion's integrity. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive that provision. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, these Official Rules and the promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the promotion that cannot be resolved informally must be brought individually, and not as part of a class or representative action, in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in or serving Forsyth County, Georgia. Entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, special, and consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Winner Information and Questions

Questions about the promotion or requests for available winner information may be sent to the Sponsor — email the Sponsor. A winner-information request should identify “Maketember 2026” in the subject line and be received within sixty (60) days after the livestream.

18. Acceptance

By entering either Sweepstakes, the entrant confirms that the entrant has reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.
